Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the California State Bar in good standing.
• 2–5 years of defense experience required.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficient with MS Word and Outlook; comfortable with case management software.

Responsibilities

• Defend workers’ compensation claims and provide strategic defense.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery in workers’ compensation matters.
• Advise clients and manage case strategy through resolution.
• Collaborate with support staff and partners to meet deadlines.
