Qualifications
- California Bar in good standing (required).
- 2–5 years of defense experience in workers' compensation.
- Personable and friendly character.
- Able to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Confident, articulate and persuasive in speech and writing.
- Tech savvy; proficient in Word and Outlook; able to use case management software.
Responsibilities
- Defend workers' compensation claims and related litigation.
- Maintain case files and deadlines using case management software.
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with paralegals and assistants to support case work.
