Sedgwick is hiring a Workers Compensation Claims Representative for a remote role serving dedicated clients across multiple states. You will analyze Lost-Time claims to determine benefits, adjudicate with care, and maintain clear communication with claimants and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process Lost-Time Workers' Compensation claims to determine benefits and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions in a timely manner.
