Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze Lost-Time claims to determine benefits and adjudicate within service standards.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
