Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licensing: FL required.
• Jurisdiction Knowledge: FL, GA, NC, SC, AL, AR, KY.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims on behalf of clients to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Analyze and process claims through action plans to timely resolution by investigating and gathering information.
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients.
