Qualifications

• Education and licensing requirements include a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business is optional but preferred.
• Experience of 5 years in claims management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyses and processes Lost-Time Workers Compensation claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiates settlements within designated authority.
• Communicates claim activity with claimants and clients.
