Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional certification as applicable.
• 3–5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• Public Entity Workers' Compensation preferred.
• Jurisdiction knowledge: NY required; NJ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to determine exposure and resolve timely.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.
