Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Licensing/Jurisdiction Knowledge: 3+ years California workers' compensation knowledge required; SIP required or must be obtained within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients; report to excess carrier as needed.
