Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster with California Workers’ Compensation experience. This remote role requires a minimum of 3 years in claims handling, appropriate licensing, and knowledge of industry standards.

You will evaluate and resolve workers’ compensation claims, collaborate with clients, and uphold high service standards. Join a team focused on proactive claims management, empathy, and precise workflows, delivering outcomes for clients while maintaining compliance and ethics

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims, applying analytical skills to make informed decisions.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to best serve clients.
• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and litigation, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims efficiently.
