Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a seasoned Claims Adjuster to handle California workers' compensation claims from a fully remote location. You will leverage your 5+ years of claims experience to analyze exposure, determine action plans, and resolve claims for clients with empathy and precision.

You will work closely with clients and teams to ensure compliant, timely resolutions, while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to internal procedures and industry standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
Licensed in CA with CE hours up to date.
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
Proficient with claims software and tools.

Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers' compensation claims with analytical rigor.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective claims resolutions.
Provide empathetic, responsive service to claimants and clients throughout the process.
Ensure claims handling aligns with client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Document activity timely and communicate outcomes clearly.
