Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Solutions Developer with deep expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, and business process design. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Five or more years of Workday technical experience.
Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.

Responsibilities

Workday configuration, reporting, and calculation design across HR and finance domains.
Develop and extend Workday applications using Workday Extend.
Support integrations and lightweight application extensions for stakeholders.
