Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting Workday Finance.
• Experience with workflow optimization, testing coordination, and system enhancements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and administer Workday Finance processes and workflows.
• Identify workflow improvements and control enhancements.
• Analyze financial workflows and standardize processes.
• Support documentation, SOPs, and RACI charts.
• Configure, test, validate, and implement Workday Business Process changes.
• Maintain master data values in Workday across areas of responsibility.
• Coordinate testing and validation with IT for Workday releases.
• Support reporting needs and development of dashboards.
