Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks a Senior ERP Engineer to join the Information Technology team. You will lead design, implementation and support of Workday ERP configurations and integrations, ensuring data integrity and security across systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem solving and delivering reliable Workday solutions with strong documentation and stakeholder communication. A strong Workday background and ability to guide projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred
• Experience with Workday Studio (including Studio Starter Kit) preferred
• Experience with Integration Development preferred
• Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations to external vendors or other parties.
• Detail oriented team player who handles confidential information professionally.
• Experience planning, facilitating, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing and migration.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations using Workday Studio and related tools.
• Configure and maintain Workday business process definitions.
• Develop and support integrations (EIB) for data exchange with Workday and external systems.
• Configure and maintain Workday domain security policies and business process policies.
• Provide technical direction on Workday configuration and new functionality.
• Create and review technical documentation for processes, policies and guides; knowledge of Workday Extend and Prism.
