Job summary

TopBloc, LLC. is seeking a Workday Data Consultant to join our remote India team. This full-time role focuses on data migration, validation, and collaboration with HCM, Payroll, and Financials experts to ensure accurate Workday deployments.

Responsibilities include loading data with EIBs, mapping legacy sources, and generating reconciliation reports for go-live. Strong English skills and client-facing collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Workday Payroll Certification (Required)
• 1+ years experience with Workday data conversion, data analysis, or ETL (Required)
• Experience handling data loads for Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll (Required)
• Solid understanding of Workday inbound EIBs (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
• Strong written and oral communication
• Ability to interact positively with clients and coworkers
• Recommended internet bandwidth of 20Mbps

Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and load data into Workday using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and iLoads.
• Map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks.
• Run validation cycles to identify, investigate, and fix data load errors and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Assist in generating data reconciliation reports to prove data accuracy before go-live.
• Collaborate with functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, Financials) to align data with tenant settings.
