Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Engineer for a hybrid role based in the United States. The engineer will design, build, and maintain adaptive planning models, integrate with Workday Financials, and ensure data accuracy and timely loads.

The role partners with FP&A, Accounting, and Finance Systems to translate planning needs into scalable Adaptive Planning solutions. Responsibilities include configuring models, managing security and workflow, and supporting planning cycles

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring and maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Experience integrating Adaptive Planning with Workday Financials and data loads.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and dimensions.
• Build data flows between Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning for accurate actuals loading.
• Develop formulas, allocations, and modeled sheets with maintainability in mind.
• Ensure data accuracy, refresh cadence, and reconciliation across systems.
• Provide production support during planning cycles and month-end activities.
