Job summary

RAPID EAGLE INC is seeking a senior Workato integration architect to design and implement large-scale integrations across billing, invoicing, and revenue systems. You will lead architecture decisions, guide teams, and ensure robust delivery of end-to-end integration workflows.

The role emphasizes Workday integration expertise, REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture and solution design.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workato experience, including architecture and complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong experience designing and implementing integrations with Workday Financials.
• Strong understanding of billing systems and revenue-related business processes.
• Experience with Workday integration technologies/APIs, such as Workday REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, Workday Web Services, and related integration mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, webhooks, OAuth, authentication, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with data transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and error-handling frameworks.
• Experience leading integration architecture for large-scale migration or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workato-based solutions across Workday and billing platforms.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and engineering teams to deliver scalable integrations.
• Mentor distributed engineering teams and govern integration best practices.
