Job summary

Lumelight is seeking a Web & Digital Marketing Designer to design, build, and publish responsive webpages and landing pages in WordPress using Elementor. You’ll implement on-page SEO, create templates and design-system components, and collaborate across Marketing, SEO, Sales, and Product to drive engagement and growth.

The role emphasizes accessibility, brand consistency, and efficient production using AI-powered tools, with a remote working option within Lumelight-approved states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design, digital marketing design, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency designing, building, updating, publishing, and QA of WordPress/Elementor sites.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, publish, and QA responsive webpages and landing pages in WordPress using Elementor.
• Create and manage templates, global styles, and design-system components for consistency.
• Implement on-page SEO elements and schema markup to support SEO objectives.
• Apply keyword insights to improve page structure, UX, and content performance.
• Develop marketing collateral, presentations, event materials, and branded content.
• Produce multimedia content including videos, social clips, and basic motion graphics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Sales, Product, and Leadership to translate objectives into visuals.
• Maintain brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and version control; manage multiple projects.
