Brafton, a global content marketing firm, is hiring a Full Stack Developer for a 100% remote role with a US-based team. You will build custom WordPress themes, Gutenberg blocks, and plugins, while integrating with Drupal when needed.

The role emphasizes translating designs into accessible, performant frontend code and debugging across CMS platforms. You will collaborate with designers and consultants, leverage AI tools like Claude Code, and contribute to large-scale projects across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development.
• 3+ years building and customizing WordPress sites, including Gutenberg block development.
• Strong PHP (7.x/8.x) knowledge and WordPress/Drupal internals understanding.

Responsibilities

• Build custom WordPress themes, Gutenberg blocks (ACF or React-based), and plugins from provided designs.
• Translate mockups into responsive, accessible frontend code using HTML, CSS/SASS, and modern JavaScript.
• Work within Drupal for client sites—theming, content types, and module-level troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and fix frontend and backend issues across CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, consultants, and clients to refine implementations.
• Leverage Claude Code to plan and execute large projects.
