Job summary

Mamaya Health is seeking a part-time outpatient mental health therapist to provide individual, couples, and family therapy remotely. The role emphasizes empowering women and loved ones, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative, inclusive care.

You will work under policies and participate in supervision, credentialing support, and a supportive tech-enabled environment. Flexible CST hours and a predictable semi-monthly pay cadence are provided.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field.
• Independently licensed preferred - LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT. Minimum provisionally licensed to practice in TN.
• Experience working with women preferred, preferably across lifespan.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family outpatient therapy.
• Maintain a caseload meeting minimum weekly sessions and hours.
• Document timely intake, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate care with other providers and family members as appropriate.
• Participate in team meetings and supervisory sessions.
