Job summary

Accruit, an Inspira Financial Solution, is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage client accounts, wire disbursements, and reconciliations in a hybrid Denver CO role. You will work with banking partners, apply funds, and support policy adherence while delivering accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in finance or banking, a bachelor's in accounting/finance, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with Operations and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Finance, Banking or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Experience with wiring funds and confirming wiring instructions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open new client accounts and manage wiring instructions with accuracy.
• Apply incoming wired funds to client accounts and follow up on unapplied funds.
• Initiate wire disbursements and coordinate with multiple banking partners.
• Perform daily reconciliations and end-of-day balance reporting.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain disbursement integrity.
• Assist with client questions and provide back-up support as needed.
