Job summary

Accelint is seeking a Windchill Engineer to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain Windchill PLM solutions and integrations for U.S. DoD customers. You will lead a small team, oversee data migration, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure secure, scalable Windchill deployments.

The role requires an active U.S. security clearance, Windchill/ThingWorx expertise, and a background in software development.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 5+ years with Windchill PLM & ThingWorx Navigate software.
• Experience with Windchill versions 1+2 and ThingWorx 9+.
• Proficient in Windchill data migration and SQL scripting.
• Java/JSP/J2EE with XML/JSON/HTML5 for Windchill development.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to customer SMEs and end users.
• Lead solution architecture across Windchill and ThingWorx.
• Develop Windchill solutions, workflows, lifecycles and reports.
• Support data migration using Windchill Migrators and scripts.
• Integrate Windchill with enterprise systems and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze and cleanse data to meet business needs.
• Perform unit, integration, and system testing.
• Document solutions and user training on Windchill/ThingWorx.
• Stay current with Windchill developments and DoD policies.
• Manage a small technical team.
