Husson University seeks dynamic adjunct instructors to develop online courses for a Wildlife Care and Rehabilitation bachelor’s program and an Aquatic Animal Care certificate. These roles are remote, with work-from-home flexibility for candidates in Maine and beyond.
As part-time instructors, you will create engaging course content, collaborate with instructional designers, and contribute to an elite online educational experience for motivated students.
Qualifications
- Earned terminal degree in the discipline or related field (doctoral preferred).
- Experience in online course design and instruction in higher education is preferred.
- Previous experience in wildlife care and rehabilitation or aquatic animal care is preferred.
- Effective communication to convey subject matter clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to innovative and engaging online education.
Responsibilities
- Develop online courses for Wildlife Care & Rehabilitation bachelor’s degree and Aquatic Animal Care certificate.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and leadership to define expectations during course builds.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging online content and assessment materials.
