Epilepsy Foundation is seeking a Regional Director of Philanthropy, Westcoast Region, to lead major gift fundraising from a remote West Coast base. You will manage a 75–100 donor portfolio capable of $25,000+ gifts and partner with leadership, volunteers, and clinicians to advance mission priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of major gift fundraising experience.
• Experience securing individual gifts of $25,000 or more.
• Experience managing a strategic major gift portfolio.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable donor CRM.
• Experience in a national nonprofit organization, federated structure, or affiliate network preferred.

• Manage an active portfolio of approximately 75–100 major gift donors and prospects.
• Develop comprehensive moves management plans for assigned prospects.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue, solicitation, stewardship, and donor activity goals.
• Prepare proposals, gift agreements, and stewardship reports.
• Collaborate with leadership, volunteers, and physicians to advance major gift strategies.
