Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an Area Quality Specialist Registered Nurse to drive patient-care improvements by analyzing CMS, Press Ganey, and AccentCare data, and serving as the region's primary quality resource.

This hybrid role combines remote work with 3–4 day site visits to locations across the west coast, including WA, OR, CA. Travel and re-imbursement perks support a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in any US state.
• At least five years of healthcare experience.
• At least two years of experience in home health nursing.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CMS, Press Ganey and AccentCare data to monitor trends and suggest ways to improve metrics.
• Serve as the primary Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement resource for the region.
• Provide expertise and preparation planning for triannual surveys to maintain CHAP accreditation.
• Help plan for external surveys.
• Provide remote consultation during unplanned state surveys.
• Perform annual quality audits for each location.
