Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking an Area Quality Specialist Registered Nurse to support patient care teams with data-driven quality improvements.

This role offers work-from-home flexibility with regular travel to West Coast sites, including Lynwood, Renton and Tacoma, plus CA locations, with airfare, mileage and hotel stays provided. You’ll analyze CMS and AccentCare data to monitor trends, serve as the regional QA and Performance Improvement resource, and lead survey preparation for CHAP.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in any US state.
• Five years of healthcare experience.
• Two years of home health nursing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CMS, SHP and AccentCare data to monitor trends.
• Serve as the primary Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement resource for the region.
• Provide expertise and preparation planning for triannual surveys to maintain CHAP accreditation.
• Help plan for planned external surveys.
• Provide remote consultation during unplanned state surveys.
• Perform annual quality audits for each location.
