Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an Area Quality Specialist Registered Nurse to push patient care quality across West Coast sites. You’ll analyze CMS, Press Ganey and AccentCare data to spot trends and drive metric improvements.

The role is remote with regular site visits (3–4 days per location) and includes airfare, mileage, per diem, and hotels. Minimum RN license, 5+ years healthcare, and 2+ years home health nursing are required, with strong data-reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in any US state.
• At least five years of healthcare experience.
• At least two years of experience in home health nursing.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CMS, Press Ganey and AccentCare data to monitor trends and suggest ways to improve metrics
• Serve as the primary Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement resource for the region
• Provide expertise and preparation planning for triannual surveys to maintain our CHAP accreditation
• Help plan for planned external surveys
• Provide remote consultation during unplanned state surveys
• Perform annual quality audits for each location
