What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Greet members and guests professionally, responding to their inquiries efficiently
- Answer phone calls within three rings, providing clear information about facilities and programs
- Handle negative feedback courteously and forward suggestions to supervisors
- Process membership registrations and charge appropriate fees for services
- Assist with outbound calls and maintain communication with members and staff
What is Required (Qualifications):- High School Diploma; Associate Degree in Business or related area preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office; prior knowledge of Active-net and Camp Brain Software is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):- Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) preferred
- Experience with customer service in a nonprofit or community-focused environment
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
