Job summary

Devoted Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to deliver acute care via telehealth to members.

The role requires 3x12-hour weekend shifts with base hours 8am–8:30pm EST and involves coordinating with the member's care team to establish comprehensive care plans. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as an APP in acute/urgent settings, holds an active NP or PA license, and is willing to obtain licenses in required states within 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least three years working as an APP in acute/urgent/emergency or high-acuity primary care.
• Willing to work three 12-hour shifts per week, including weekends (Sat/Sun) from 8am-8:30pm EST.
• Active RN and APRN licenses for NPs; PA license for PAs; licensure in required states within 90 days of hire.
• Spanish/English bilingual is a plus; telehealth visit experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform acute care visits, diagnose illnesses, order/tests, and establish care plans.
• Coordinate with PCPs, specialists, and Devoted team to deliver a collaborative care plan.
• Use Devoted’s homegrown EHR for visits and provide feedback on interface improvements.
• Weekend on-call support in certain geographies to assist clinical nurses.
• Adapt to evolving programs and expand virtual care practices.
