Qualifications
8+ years of experience in the electric energy industry.
Direct experience with CAISO and the WECC Interconnected System.
Hands-on experience in multiple study types, such as Injection and Deliverability studies.
Experience in IBR modeling, load modeling, generation/load interconnection studies, and transmission planning.
Strong command of ISO and utility interconnection standards in WECC.
Responsibilities
Lead complex load and generation interconnection studies in accordance with deliverability methodologies.
Oversee and execute model benchmarking for generation and load projects.
Mentor and develop a team of engineers on technical issues and client interactions.
Collaborate with senior leadership on new tools and services.
