Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the electric energy industry.
• Direct experience with CAISO and the WECC Interconnected System.
• Hands-on experience in multiple study types, such as Injection and Deliverability studies.
• Experience in IBR modeling, load modeling, generation/load interconnection studies, and transmission planning.
• Strong command of ISO and utility interconnection standards in WECC.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex load and generation interconnection studies in accordance with deliverability methodologies.
• Oversee and execute model benchmarking for generation and load projects.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers on technical issues and client interactions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on new tools and services.
