Job summary

Anagram is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and scale crypto infrastructure across ventures. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and performance of backend systems, with collaboration across development teams to deploy code and automate processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Backend Engineering.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Rust, or Bash for automation.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration.
• Expertise in blockchain node infrastructure (Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Web3 security considerations and best practices for smart contract deployments.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and implement scalable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Reliability & Observability: Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to maintain system health and minimize downtime.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment of backend services and smart contracts.
• Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in distributed systems to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Security Best Practices: Implement and enforce security policies, including key management, access controls, and network security.
