Job summary

Dapptize Inc. is seeking a Web3 Portfolio and Capital Manager to lead digital asset portfolio strategy, capital allocation, treasury planning, and investment research for a fully remote U.S.-based team.

You will develop allocation frameworks across Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, tokenized assets, and layer-1/2 networks; analyze risk, report findings, and guide treasury actions while collaborating with product, research, and investment professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital asset portfolio management, investment research, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, liquidity, volatility, diversification, and risk.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi protocols, and tokenized assets.
• Strong financial analysis, research, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio allocation strategies across digital assets, stablecoins, DeFi, tokenized assets, and blockchain infrastructure
• Analyze liquidity, volatility, correlation, concentration, drawdowns, and portfolio risk
• Evaluate Web3 projects based on fundamentals, tokenomics, adoption, governance, ecosystem strength, and risk
• Prepare portfolio reviews, capital allocation recommendations, market reports, and investment research
• Monitor protocol activity, stablecoin flows, token unlocks, institutional adoption, and market developments
• Support treasury planning, portfolio rebalancing, scenario analysis, and risk controls
• Use market and on-chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and changing portfolio exposures
