The Blue Collar Success Group is a remote-first organization accelerating the path to success for home service companies. We seek a Web & Operations Developer to join our Technology Manager as a strong, self-starting technical partner.

You will grow across systems operations, automation, and client-facing support. This growth-oriented hybrid role emphasizes problem-solving, modern tooling, AI-assisted development, and structured onboarding to grant increasing autonomy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on WordPress tweaks, hooks/filters, Elementor
• Basic REST APIs, JSON, webhooks familiarity
• Basic web security practices: sanitizing inputs & credentials
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Analytical mindset: read logs, test hypotheses, debug issues
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate coding while auditing outputs
• Home-office setup: distraction-free workspace in ET/CT/MT
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year for client events
• Growth-focused mindset with guidance from Technology Manager
• Comfort with marketing/ops tools (HubSpot, Zapier) and async collaboration

Responsibilities

• Custom Web & API Development (~50%): integrate HubSpot and Zapier using native tools and scripts; maintain data flows and secure APIs; build layouts in Elementor.
• Marketing Tech & Systems Ops (~20%): craft event workflows, customer journeys, transactional triggers; create HubSpot dashboards for leadership.
• Technical Client Support & Tier-2 Escalations (~15%): serve as internal tech lead for client inquiries, troubleshoot, and explain fixes clearly.
• Agency Co-Piloting, QA & Site Maint.: review code deployments, manage Jira tickets, maintain site health, update plugins, stage blog posts.
