Job summary

Blue Coding is seeking a part-time Web Developer to join our Marketing team and own our portfolio of company websites. You will be the web expert, building new sites, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring proper connections to analytics and CRM.

The role is long-term and ongoing. The ideal candidate understands how marketing websites work, knows how form submissions become leads, and values fast, well-structured pages.

Qualifications

• Solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills essential.
• Understanding marketing websites and CRM integration is important.
• Experience with analytics and event tracking.
• Ability to ship production websites for marketing teams.
• Hands-on Webflow experience and clean, fast sites.
• Able to work independently and communicate with non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch new informational websites, primarily in Webflow.
• Maintain and improve existing sites, including responsive and mobile fixes.
• Manage hosting, DNS configuration, and deployments.
• Set up website integrations with Salesforce and other marketing tools.
• Implement and maintain analytics and event tracking (Google Analytics).
• Keep on-page SEO in good shape across all sites and apply best practices.
• Turn designs into working pages and reuse templates/components.
• Plan and prioritize workload in collaboration with Marketing.
