Cohere is a leading security-first enterprise AI company building foundational models and end-to-end products for real-world business needs. We’re expanding our Web team to ship polished pages using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Sanity CMS, partnering with marketing and design to boost growth and performance.

As a Web Developer, you’ll collaborate with engineers and editors, own frontend quality, and ship experiments that improve user discovery and engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping production React/TypeScript apps.
• Experience with Next.js and a headless CMS like Sanity.
• Ability to collaborate with design and marketing and write clean code.
• Open to trying new tools when beneficial.
• Care about the end result for users over framework trends.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on growth-focused UI: styling, layout, and content-driven pages.
• Work with content editors to publish faster with clearer schemas.
• Ship experiments and marketing features to help users discover Cohere.
• Build in Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and manage Sanity schemas.
• Improve performance and reliability where it moves the needle.
• Debug, explain, and stand behind code with AI coding tools.
