Job summary

Delta Professional Services is seeking a part-time, remote Digital Tools / Web Developer to lead web strategy and digital tools across our organization. You will translate UI/UX designs into scalable web solutions, optimize site performance, and build digital campaign infrastructure, ensuring our web ecosystem captures qualified leads and supports revenue growth.

You will work with Global Sales and other divisions to manage WordPress-based properties, implement SEO, and run digital campaigns

Qualifications

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for responsive web experiences.
• Experience managing WordPress sites and optimizing UI/UX.
• Strong SEO knowledge including on-page and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize web properties to improve performance and lead capture.
• Maintain website security, updates, backups, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Plan and implement SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and lead generation.
• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to support global sales initiatives.
• Set up and analyze campaigns with dashboards and KPIs (traffic, leads).
• Diagnose front- and back-end issues and optimize mobile usability.
