Job summary

Coalition Technologies is seeking a Remote Web Designer / UI Designer to support client projects across web design, brand assets, and design systems. This role focuses on polished, developer-ready deliverables for desktop and mobile, collaborating with production, copy, SEO, and development teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, mastery of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro, plus knowledge of accessibility and English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong mastery of Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Portfolio demonstrating website design experience.
• Familiarity with web accessibility requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Responsibilities

• Design logos, brand guides, and design systems from scratch.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and web graphics for desktop and mobile.
• Deliver developer-ready design files with clear handoff.
• Collaborate with copywriters, SEO, and development teams.
• Contribute to client meetings and provide design feedback.
• Develop designs aligned to briefs and client objectives.
• Produce vector icons and other illustrations.
• Ensure designs balance usability, visual design, accessibility and performance.
• Prepare assets and manage timelines to meet project schedules.
