You will optimize web content for SEO, ensure Section 508 compliance, and manage CMS-based posting for agency websites. A Bachelor’s or higher in English/communications is required, with 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in web content management, with at least 3 of the last 5 years in the role.
• Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and proofread professional content for diverse audiences.
• Experience optimizing content for SEO and ensuring accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading for content across channels.
• Create and refine publication materials and Public Roads magazine content with QA throughout production.
• Publish content using CMS and ensure SEO and Section 508 compliance.
