Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.
• Experience building relationships with broker-dealers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in program development and management.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced Financial Representatives across the country.
• Travel nationally to meet recruits and partner with field leaders.
• Travel to markets to execute warm sourcing events and networking.
• Collaborate on recruiting programs and offerings.
• Deliver education programs and upskill recruiting workshops.
• Partner and collaborate with internal and external partners as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert.
• Collaborate on recruitment content creation and go-to-market strategies.
• Brainstorm innovative ways to attract Experienced Financial Services Representatives.
• Collaborate with various business teams on projects, programs, and strategies.
