Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, or wealth management.
• FINRA licensing required (Series 65 or 7/66); CFP preferred or in progress.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and performance-driven.
• Willingness to work in-office full-time in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop new client relationships through firm-generated leads.
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to high-net-worth clients.
• Partner with senior advisors to support client strategy and ongoing relationship management.
• Participate in seminars and marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from prospecting through onboarding.
• Maintain follow-up and communication to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Stay current on markets, planning strategies, and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
