You will review plans, specifications, and technical documents, perform quantity takeoffs, and develop detailed estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors. You will solicit quotes, assess cost risks, support bid preparation, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement to refine budgets and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with construction estimating methods and tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Effective communication and collaboration with remote teams, vendors, and clients.
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple bids and tight deadlines.
• Understanding of U.S. construction practices, codes, and industry standards related to water and wastewater projects.
• Comfort with Excel, estimating platforms, and project management systems.

Responsibilities
