Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation is seeking a Water Infrastructure & Resilience Engineer (Civil/Environmental/Mechanical) for a remote US-based role. You will develop models for water neutrality potential and resilience project costs, conduct on-site assessments, and evaluate advanced water technologies, while guiding junior analysts and delivering analyses to leadership.

The role requires a BS in a related engineering field, 4+ years in water resources, and the ability to obtain a security

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in water resources engineering or related field.
• Expertise in water balance modeling, water treatment technologies (MBR, RO, AWG), and conveyance systems.
• Proven experience with engineering cost estimation and life-cycle cost analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a non-technical audience.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically (10-15%).

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical Analysis: be a member of the technical team from data collection to final reporting.
• Develop Foundational Models: create feasibility and cost models for resilience projects.
• Conduct On-Site Assessments: lead data collection during a pilot installation site visit.
• Evaluate Cutting-Edge Technology: analyze water tech including MBR, AWG, and smart rainwater harvesting.
• Provide direction to support Junior Analysts and ensure quality of work.
• Author technical sections of deliverables and develop presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate within a tight team to integrate findings into a strategic framework.
