Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive warranty administration experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit warranty claims to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Use proprietary software to review, validate, and process claims accurately.
• Assign billable hours to technicians in line with OEM guidelines.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather documentation and resolve issues.
• Document all claim actions and maintain compliance with policies.
• Maintain the dealer's warranty receivables and coordinate adjustments with OEMs.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Product, and Development to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Stay current on product knowledge and warranty policies.
