Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote Warehouse Process Improvement Specialist to lead global efficiency initiatives in a fully remote role. You will analyze warehouse operations, map processes, and drive Lean and Six Sigma projects across sites worldwide.

You will develop KPIs, SOPs, and training materials, collaborate with site managers, and present findings to senior leadership while ensuring safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, Operations Mgmt, or related field.
• At least 5 years in process improvement or operational excellence in warehouse/logistics.
• Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify root causes.
• Proficient in Excel, Minitab, process mapping; strong data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design and implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen projects.
• Develop KPIs to measure performance and impact.
• Create SOPs, process maps, and training materials.
• Collaborate with warehouse management and global teams for implementation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging tech in warehousing.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead remote workshops and training on process improvement.
