Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington to deliver behavioral health care through telehealth. Providers join as 1099 contractors, with full scheduling autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

You will be compensated at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks; Rula handles billing, claims, and admin, while you focus on sessions and notes. An in-person session option offers a $20 uplift when applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth behavioral health sessions.
• Complete client notes in the EHR.
• Receive administrative support from Rula for billing/claims.
• Maintain professional standards and documentation.
