Job summary

Okta is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to drive the commercial and go-to-market success of our upmarket vertical motion. Reporting to the Chief Product Architect, you will define vertical market strategy and ensure these solutions land successfully in the market.

You will partner across Okta to shape everything from customer segmentation, pricing, and packaging to field enablement and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

12+ years of enterprise software leadership and deep domain expertise in Retail, Commerce, and adjacent verticals.
Experience shaping vertical market strategy and go-to-market programs.
Ability to translate market insights into product and commercial requirements.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end vertical GTM strategy (segmentation, targeting, pricing, packaging, positioning).
Partner with Marketing, PMM, Sales, Professional Services, Support and Channel Partners to enable growth in up-market segments.
Translate market needs into actionable product requirements for the Chief Product Architect and teams.
Structure complex, outcome-based solutions for strategic enterprise customers in pre- and post-sales cycles.
Collaborate with Tech Partnerships and GSIs to build scalable programs accelerating vertical adoption.
Lead expansion across multiple verticals with an entrepreneurial mindset.
