- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing leadership across multiple products or an enterprise platform.
- Proven track record building and scaling global teams with accountability for results.
- Experience developing differentiated products and platform positioning for customers, executives, and analysts.
Responsibilities
- Shape market positioning and messaging for Genesys, connecting Agentic Orchestration for CX to outcomes customers care about.
- Lead AI vision and thought leadership with product and executive teams.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies to enable enterprise adoption and growth.
- Develop executive narratives and keynotes that tie Genesys vision to customer impact.
- Lead customer growth marketing through segmentation, messaging, and programs that drive AI adoption.
