CFS is seeking a Vice President, Tax to lead the organization’s tax strategy, planning, compliance, and reporting in a fully remote capacity. You will own ASC 740 provisions, coordinate with auditors, and drive tax-efficient structures across multi-entity operations.

The role requires 10+ years of corporate tax leadership, strong communication with the CFO, board, and committees, and the ability to scale a high-performing tax function with scalable processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation with strong technical tax knowledge.
• MST/JD/LLM preferred for advanced tax planning and compliance.
• 10+ years of progressive tax leadership experience in a corporate function.

Mansioni

• Develop and own the organization’s tax strategy and compliance framework.
• Lead ASC 740 tax provision, reporting and disclosures.
• Oversee tax aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Serve as primary liaison with tax authorities, auditors, and advisors.
• Build and mentor the tax team while improving controls.
