Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS across FP&A / strategy / biz-ops.
• Proven track record of outlining and achieving growth roadmaps.
• Strong modeling skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL/BI a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own the company plan & metrics across Sales, Partners, CS, Marketing, Design, Data Entry and Ops.
• Design quotas and capacity plans for BDRs/AEs; set pricing and guardrails.
• Define partner economics and drive a channel strategy aligned to ROI.
• Model CS capacity, tie retention & expansion to NDR targets; optimize priorities.
• Oversee marketing spend with ROI, CAC, payback analysis; ensure quality pipeline.
• Oversee design, data entry and operations for revenue growth and margins.
• Lead capital allocation & finance foundation; support fundraising and board relations.
