Job summary

G&H, a global photonics leader, seeks a Vice President of Finance for Optical Systems US to provide strategic financial leadership across four US sites, reporting to CFO, and partnering with the BU EVP to drive profitable growth. This role emphasizes FP&A, manufacturing finance, and governance; lead budgeting, KPIs, and performance management.

Remote work is available; heavy travel to Tampa, Keene, Rochester and Moorpark is expected.

Qualifications

15+ years finance leadership experience in multisite manufacturing or industrial settings.
Strong FP&A and strategic planning experience with budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Proven ability to partner with senior executives and influence commercial decisions.
Deep understanding of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Demonstrated leadership across multiple locations with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Strategic advisor to BU EVP and leadership, driving profitable growth.
Partner with operations and commercial leaders on growth opportunities and pricing.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning with scenario analysis.
Design KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews for profitability and efficiency.
Oversee manufacturing costs, inventory, working capital, and cash flow.
Ensure governance, controls, and audit readiness across US sites.
Lead and develop the US finance team and drive business transformation.
