This fully remote, full-time role oversees four US sites and requires extensive FP&A and manufacturing finance expertise.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of finance leadership, MBA/CPA, strong US GAAP knowledge, and a track record of transforming financial performance and governance across multisite

Qualifications

• 15+ years in finance leadership, multisite manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Extensive FP&A including planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis.
• MBA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience leading finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership for the Optical Systems US BU, partnering with executives to drive profitable growth.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and KPI development to track profitability and performance.
• Oversee financial governance, controls, reporting, and cash flow management across multiple sites.
• Develop and coach a high-performing finance team and lead business transformation initiatives.
